1. Scope

These terms apply to all interactions between Exactorion Consult and clients regarding tax optimization service, digital learning materials, and physical goods.

2. Service Use

All services are provided according to the schedule agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to enable proper delivery.

3. Digital Products

Digital offerings include access to online tutorials and documents delivered immediately upon completion of payment.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items ordered will be shipped to the address provided by the client. Shipping times vary by location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Requests for cancellation or modification of a booked session must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. If cancellation is made in time, a full reimbursement will be issued via the original payment route within 30 days. Sessions cancelled later are non-refundable due to preparatory work. However, clients may reschedule once without penalty.

5.2 Digital Products

Because digital materials are delivered immediately, reimbursement is offered only if a technical issue prevents access and is reported within 14 days. After verification, a full reimbursement is issued via the original payment route within 30 days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Returned goods must be shipped in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, reimbursement is issued via the original payment route within 30 days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.4 Reimbursement Procedures

To initiate any request, contact us via the contact page. Please include your order details and reason for the request. All approved reimbursements are processed within 30 days.

6. Amendments

Exactorion Consult reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance.
